The firm was created in 1995 by Michel Karp, attorney at law, registered at the Luxembourg bar since 1986, and Joëlle Choucroun, attorney at law since March 1992.

Fanny Gilliers, attorney at law, joined the firm on 1st September 2010.

Patrick Luciani, attorney at law registered at the Luxembourg bar since 2002 and also registered at the bar in Metz since 2008, and Romain Luciani, attorney at law registered at Luxembourg bar since 2009 and at the bar in Lyon since 2010.
